Hi my name is Deirdre Rolfe and I am a Clinical Hypnotist and Clinical Counsellor sepcialized in weight loss related issues.

I moved here 4 years ago from Canada and braved through the many changes of moving across to the other side of the world as I too practice embracing my own inner FIERCENESS!

Although I work with a diverse clientele doing both individual and couple therapy at my private practice, my greatest passion is weight loss.

I wrote the program Get Psyched due to my own struggles I had with weight since I was a child. Although I believed I had conquered my inner weight demons as I maintained a healthy weight all throughout my 20's, at age 30 I experienced 3 life crisis events. The strain and emotional turmoil during that time took away all my conscious resolve and left me on automatic pilot as my subconscious took over. It was then I realized my programming was faulty and unless and until any of us learn how to fully become conscious of our own inner tapes and how to re-program them along with recognizing our needs to feed those emotional aspects of ourselves that need nourishment and replace old poor coping styles with newer healthier coping styles, we will succumb to the battle of our weight.

In order to succeed with your weight loss you must have kept it off for 3 to 5 years. In order to do that you not only need a program that teaches you how to lose the weight but also how to maintain it once its off. That's where I come in. Not only is my program a great program because I’ve utilized the last 20 years of my Counselling career to put together something I’m proud of, it’s got my absolute heart in it as I have a personal understanding of those struggles.

I know you can do this and if you throw out the shakes, the fad diets, the excessive boot camps and get to the heart of the matter, get yourself in balance, you will soon realize that the focus becomes all about YOU...living well...being true to your inner self...and the secondary result of a GREAT you...is weight loss.
