Spring is here and there is no time like the present to grab the reins to your life and make the changes necessary to create the life you want.

All topics covered in the Intensive workshops will be addressed in the classes spread out over the entire 6 weeks

In addition to the classes on the Get Psyched program a guest personal trainer or a guest naturopath will be invited in at different stages during the 6 weeks to cover the topics on nutrition, exercise and use of supplements
